What is EmpowerRF™ aftercare?

Most patients have no side effects and can return to work and their routine the same day. It’s best to delay your return to physical activity, such as returning to the gym, until the day after your procedure. We suggest that you should not soak in a bath or hot tub for at least three days; shower instead of the bath, for the three days post treatment.

We advise patients to avoid sexual activity for 48 to 72 hours after their non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation therapy.

How many sessions are required?

We will recommend the best treatment plan for you. The majority of our patients have 2-3 sessions; however, most notice a difference after only 1 treatment!
