Becky Horne, APRN FNP-C

Becky has over 20 years of medical experience. She started her career as an RN working at Primary Children's Hospital, a level 1 trauma center in Salt Lake City, UT.  She also has experience in Urgent Care, Pre and Post Op, and Nursing case management. After she received her Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Primary Care Provider in a family practice clinic in Lewiston, Idaho.  Prescribing medications to patients “according to the standards of medical practice” was rarely helping her patients feel better.  Becky soon realized her career path needed to focus on alternative ways to help individuals actually feel better on a daily basis.  She has spent the past 2 years focusing on bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and weight loss for overall health improvement.

Becky finally feels she is truly able help people feel better, and strives to be up-to-date on the latest options made available to her patients. After a short visit with Becky, it is apparent she is very knowledgeable and has a passion for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Becky is a certified biote Practitioner and also a biote patient, so she knows first-hand the benefits of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Eric Fast, APRN FNP-C

Eric has over 12 years of medical experience. RN duties included long term acute care, wound care, and the emergency department. He has over 6 years as a Primary Care Provider in a Family Practice clinic in Lewiston, Idaho.   Most recently as a Provider in an Urgent Care setting and Provider for the Twin Falls Community Re-entry Center (TFCRC).

Eric’s approach to managing patients is unique. He actually listens to his patients and cares about their overall health. He is full of life experience stories and patients feel a positive connection from his care. If you are tired of feeling like your Primary Provider is in a hurry and not focused on your problems, come see Eric.  You won't be disappointed. His expertise is helping patients reduce their medications through a better life style. In other words, Eric is proactive as opposed to most providers who treat their patients with reactive medicine.

Eric is also dedicated to bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and is a certified biote practitioner. He is also a patient for biote bio-identical hormone therapy, so he has first-hand knowledge about its benefits and is more than happy to share his experiences. Tiffani Nelson

Tiffani comes to us with a passion for health and wellness, as well as broad knowledge of the beauty and anti-aging industry.  She has spent the last few years on her own health journey and has guided many to get on the same path to optimal health.  Tiffani has over 15 years of customer service and is excited to be at the fore-front of our growing business.  She brings a very refreshing smile and a great outlook on life.   Be sure to say "Hi" to Tiffani at your next visit.

Shaylene Leggitt, CMA

Shaylene, or "Shay" is a CMA with a vast knowledge of clinical procedures and management, and has been in the medical field since 2008.  Shaylene was the AAMA Magic Valley Chapter President in 2022.  She graduated from CSI in 2019 and made the Deans list in 2018.  Shaylene has also volunteered and participated in multiple community service projects in the past with the Medical Assisting Club.

We are excited to have Shaylene be part of our team.  She is very knowledgeable and is a wonderful teacher.
